Access your dashboard from any device. Click here to sign up or log in.

Navigate to Business Tools, then Invoice
Find the Invoice tab under 'Business’ to get started with creating your invoice.

Create and submit Invoice
Enter the customer’s details, item breakdown, total amount, and due date. Hit send.

Your customer receives an email with a link to pay instantly—via card or transfer. Funds land directly in your account.

Create an invoice in seconds through your Transactpay dashboard — just fill in your customer’s details, add the items or services, and send it. Customers receive a secure link where they can view the invoice and pay instantly via bank transfer, card, Transactpay Trust, or other supported methods. If unpaid, the system automatically sends friendly reminders until payment is completed.
Customers can pay using a variety of payment options: bank transfers, debit and credit cards, Transactpay Trust for returning customers (1-click checkout via NIBSS Direct Debit or Card Tokenization), and Opay wallets. We also support expandable options like USSD and QR codes to suit different customer preferences. This flexibility helps you close payments faster and cater to different customer preferences.
